8.00am - First buses leave for the start at Malabar Beach (Preferred Wave and younger age categories)

9.00am - Late entries and swimmer registration closes

8.45-10am – Warm-up at Malabar Bay

9.50am - Pre-swim briefing at Malabar

10am - START of first wave from Malabar Beach

12.00pm (approx) – race finishes and Post swim BBQ commences

1.00pm (approx) – Award Presentation (includes random draw prizes) – swimmers must be present personally to receive prizes
